It all started when our best man (you’ll meet him later) introduced us to each other back in primary school. Over time, I decided to ask Aldine if maybe she’d like to be more than friends. Unfortunately, I ended up in the friend zone, but I told her, “One day, I’ll ask you again.”  [Ash]

We built a beautiful friendship over the years and grew closer to each other until one day, everything changed.

Ash kept his promise and asked me on 7 January 2017 to be his girlfriend. After that first “yes,” it eventually turned into the biggest “YES” ever!  [Aldine]

We’ve faced many challenges over the years, with distance being the biggest. But through it all, we had one goal: to build a beautiful life together. That’s why we’ve learned to choose each other every single day, in every situation, and to love with everything we have.
